Suitable for all. This class has been created to help you work some ‘me-time’ into your busy schedule. An indulgent hour of gentle stretching, breathing and relaxing to ease weary bodies and busy minds.
The class starts with some energising and balancing breath work before moving on to a series of stretches and exercises to open up the body and relieve tension in the back and shoulders. The class finishes with a 15 minute deep relaxation session to alleviate stress and aid restful sleep.
- Mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets are all provided for your comfort but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
- Please wear comfortable, loose clothing.
