Mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions are provided at all classes for your comfort, but if you want to bring your own mat to class you are very welcome to. All classes are limited to 10 places to maintain a calm and restful environment. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water. We recommend a light snack before pregnancy yoga.
Classes run through school term times, with breaks for half terms, Summer, Easter and Christmas holidays. Please check course dates for further details.
